LAS interactive, the information and training platform for laboratory animal science, is undergoing extensive redevelopment. The aim is to realign the two existing areas — vtk online (free information platform) and las campus (online training portal) — in a more modern, user‑friendly, and didactically clear way.
Focus areas of the redesign
Improved content structure
The existing topics (legislation, biology, methods, husbandry, behaviour, anatomy, animal species, animal welfare, severity, hygiene status, quizzes, etc.) are being reorganised and didactically revised to make content easier to access.
The content from vtk online and las campus is being updated, visually harmonised, and brought up to contemporary technical standards.
Improved user experience
Registration, navigation, bookmarks, and the media library are being redesigned to be more intuitive, enabling researchers, students, authorities, and technical staff to reach relevant information more quickly.
Contact options, FAQs, and legal information are being harmonised and made more accessible.
